Neem & Coconut Soap
Members of the Community Unit have been trained to make soap with coconut oil and neem (mkilifi/ muarubaini, Azadiracta indica). Neem is highly effective in preventing and treating heat rash, eczema, bacterial and fungal skin infections, scabies and jiggers. The group sells the soap within the community to ensure everyone has access to soap, and creates some income for the group to sustain it.
Soap is available for purchase by emailing [email protected], specifying which soap type (all have neem and coconut oil), amount and delivery address or call 0742 967474. Soap will be shipped as soon as payment received by mpesa on same number.
